the planned business activities: The operations site (the Kumroch deposit) is located in the Ust-Kamchatsky Municipal District, Kamchatka Krai, in the basin of the Shishovsky, Firnovy, Dvoinoi Streams, 50 km from the coast of Kamchatka Bay.

dates for the Environmental Impact Assessment: Q3 — Q4, 2022.

public hearings: opinion survey (informing the public, indicating the address
where the documents (subject of the
public hearings) may be read, the procedure for collecting comments and
suggestions from the public in the form of questionnaires and survey protocol).

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) which will be available to the public,

may be expressed, questionnaires received and written suggestions and comments

deadline of the Public Hearings in the form of opinion survey is 15.11.2022
After the
Public Hearings (in the form of opinion survey), comments and suggestions from
residents and public organizations will be accepted in writing by making
entries in the «Logbook of Public Comments and Suggestions» at the
above addresses or in the form of electronic messages to the above email
addresses within 10 calendar days.
Pursuant to
clause 7.9.2 of the Requirements for Environmental Impact Assessment Documents
(approved by the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian
Federation dated 01.12.2020 No. 999), notification about the public hearings on
draft EIA documents was posted on the following official websites to ensure
accessibility of the documents for public reading:
1. At the
municipal level — on the official website of the Administration of the
Ust-Kamchatsky MD, Kamchatka Krai.
2. On the
official website of the EIA customer.
All
comments and suggestions received during the Public Hearings will be taken into
account in the final version of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
